• You’ll receive an order confirmation email, followed by a shipping notification once your parcel departs.
• If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we’ll contact you with a replacement option or a full refund.

🚚 Shipping

• Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier.
• During peak periods or severe weather, transit times may be extended.
• Orders may ship in multiple parcels at no extra cost; separate tracking details will be provided when applicable.

• We offer a 30-day return window from delivery for unused items in original condition and packaging, with tags attached.
• Please contact us for a return authorization before sending anything back; unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
• Fastest exchange method: return the original item for a refund (after approval), then place a new order for your preferred item.
