Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with T Tidy Up. Please review our shipping terms for information about order processing, delivery estimates, and tracking.

📦 Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.
You’ll receive a separate notification when your order ships.

🇺🇸🇪🇺 Domestic Shipping (USA & Europe)

  • Free shipping on all orders within the USA and Europe.

  • USA: Estimated delivery is typically within 7 days from the ship date.

  • Europe: Estimated delivery is typically within 15 days from the ship date.

Delivery windows are estimates and may be affected by carrier capacity, weather, customs, or local holidays.

🌍 International Shipping

For destinations outside the USA and Europe, we ship to many countries worldwide. Rates, delivery times, and service availability vary by location and will be shown at checkout when applicable.

💰 Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes (including VAT), and fees charged by the destination country. These charges are assessed once the shipment arrives and are the customer’s responsibility.
Please consult your local customs office for details on import regulations.

🔎 Order Tracking

When your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking activity to appear after dispatch.
If tracking appears stalled for several days, it often updates in batches while in transit or during customs clearance.

🏤 Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We do our best to accommodate delivery to P.O. boxes; however, some carriers have limitations. If you have specific requirements for P.O. box delivery, please contact customer support for guidance.

📦 Split Shipments

To get items to you faster, parts of your order may ship separately at no extra cost. You will receive separate tracking if applicable.

❗ Failed Delivery & Address Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Undeliverable packages due to incorrect addresses or repeated delivery attempts may be returned to sender. Reshipment may require additional postage.
